about you. We keep your personal information confidential, and only use
it in accordance with AMP’s Privacy Policy. Some of the ways we may
use this information are set out below:
• Financial Planning may have access to this information when conducting
normal activities associated with your financial planner;
• Your planner and AMP Financial Planning will continue to take reasonable
steps to protect your information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access
or disclosure;
• You can request access to your stored information;
• Your planner may, in the future, disclose information to financial
planners, brokers and those who are authorised by AMP to review customers'
needs and circumstances from time to time;
• Your information may be disclosed to third parties with whom your
planner has a close working relationship with for the purposes of providing
or offering their services unless you withdraw your consent in writing;
and Your information may be disclosed to anyone authorised by you.
